Peggy Pinter has called Asheville home since 1998, when she moved to the area to attend Mars Hill University. Drawn in by the natural beauty, welcoming community, and endless opportunities to explore the mountains, she put down roots and never looked back.

After purchasing her first home in 2001, Peggy gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of real estate, including investing, remodeling, property management, and the buying and selling of her own properties. Following the sale of her longtime business, Rise ’n Shine Café, Peggy transitioned into real estate full time, where she now works as an agent and manages three local vacation rentals.

Peggy specializes in working with first-time homebuyers as well as clients buying or selling second homes in Western North Carolina—whether for investment, personal use, or a combination of both. She’s known for her practical guidance, clear communication, and ease in navigating the transaction process.

Outside of work, Peggy enjoys spending time exploring the mountains and streams of the region with her family.
